Client: Nass Contracting
Location: Bahrain
Project Value: USD 4.7 Million

Scope of Work

  • Erection of 1.6 km Architectural Steelwork for Mall & Domes

  • Fabrication of Structural Steel Components

  • Installation of LPG Gas Systems

  • Installation of District Cooling Piping

Project Description

AIC’s partnership with Nass Contracting on this high-value project underscores our strength in executing large-scale, technically demanding construction works. The core of the project involved the erection of 1.6 kilometers of intricate architectural steelwork for the main mall and domes—an engineering feat that required accuracy, expertise, and seamless coordination.

Beyond the primary steelwork, AIC also took on the fabrication of additional structural steel components, essential for the integrity and design of the development. Our scope further extended to the installation of LPG gas systems and district cooling piping, both of which are critical to the mall’s infrastructure and functionality.

Excellence in Execution

This project reflects AIC’s capacity to deliver high-precision, safety-driven construction solutions under tight schedules and budget constraints. By combining advanced engineering, skilled execution, and stringent quality control, AIC once again demonstrated its position as a reliable and capable partner in delivering complex infrastructure projects that meet global standards.
