Project Description
AIC successfully executed the Forced Convection Network (FCN) project for Potline 4 & 5 at ALBA, showcasing our ability to manage complex industrial installations with technical precision. The project involved the manufacture, supply, transportation, and unloading of 626 custom-engineered FCN duct pieces, followed by the installation of 624 components strategically around the potline. This intricate process was critical for ensuring controlled airflow and optimal thermal performance, essential to ALBA’s production efficiency.
A key element of the project was the integration of advanced airflow measuring instruments, allowing for real-time monitoring and precise regulation of the FCN system. These instruments play a pivotal role in maintaining the potline’s stability and energy efficiency.
Excellence in Execution
AIC’s expertise in design, manufacturing, and installation was evident throughout the project lifecycle. Our team delivered on schedule and within scope, meeting ALBA’s stringent quality and safety standards. This project reinforces AIC’s reputation as a trusted engineering partner, capable of delivering high-value, technically demanding solutions for leading industrial clients in the region.
