AIC successfully executed a comprehensive refractory relining project for Pot Line 6 at ALBA, reinforcing our expertise in precision-driven industrial maintenance and refurbishment. The project began with the removal and replacement of pot cutouts, followed by the careful excavation of damaged refractory material from the pot shells. This process demanded high levels of precision to protect the integrity of the underlying structure.

Once cleared, the pot shells were meticulously repaired and refurbished, ensuring optimal conditions for receiving the new refractory lining. The final stage involved accurate refractory relining and ramming, a critical step to restore operational efficiency and thermal performance.
