Project Description
AIC successfully executed the major internal maintenance of the Emergency Storage Reservoir (ESR) at West Riffa 1 Blending Station, under the directive of the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA). The project, carried out over a three-month period, aimed to enhance the longevity and performance of essential water infrastructure components.
Key activities included internal tank painting and corrosion protection treatments for the water tank, surge vessel, surge tower, and associated steel structures. These measures were vital to safeguarding the integrity of the systems against corrosion and environmental wear, ensuring continued reliability and operational efficiency.
