Project Description
The Bahrain Salt Cake Remediation Project, executed for Harsco, was a vital step toward promoting environmental sustainability in Bahrain’s industrial sector. AIC played a central role by providing advanced automation and instrumentation solutions tailored to the project’s unique environmental and operational needs.
Our scope began with the installation of a PLC Panel and multiple RIO Panels, establishing a strong backbone for centralized monitoring and control. We meticulously executed the installation of precision instruments along with complete cabling works, enabling accurate data flow and seamless inter-device communication.
To further enhance system performance, we ensured full SCADA integration with the existing control infrastructure, allowing for real-time monitoring and advanced process control—crucial for the effective handling of industrial saltcake waste. The project was completed with comprehensive testing and commissioning, verifying the optimal performance and reliability of each component.
This project underscores AIC’s commitment to innovation, environmental responsibility, and engineering excellence, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner for complex industrial automation solutions.
