Project Description
AIC is pleased to highlight the successful execution of a critical infrastructure project involving the installation of a Bucket Elevator system for a paste plant. This project formed a vital link between the belt conveyor, bucket elevator, and chain conveyor systems, enabling seamless material transfer within the facility.
The project demanded significant underground works, including the excavation and construction of an 8.5-meter deep underground room (20m x 8m) to house foundations for heavy machinery. Alongside this, dewatering operations were carried out to maintain stability and safety during the excavation phase.
A core component of the project was the ground strengthening beneath an existing 35-meter diameter silo, where we installed 6-meter deep stainless steel anchors and applied precision pressure grouting to reinforce the foundation and ensure structural integrity.
Excellence in Execution
From deep excavation to advanced foundation treatment, this project reflects AIC’s technical expertise in complex underground and structural works. Our ability to coordinate civil, mechanical, and geotechnical disciplines ensured the successful integration of the material handling system, enhancing operational efficiency and safety for our client.
