Project Overview

Project: Removal & Reinstatement of Rotary Coke Cooler #1
Client: ALBA / ALBA
Location: Bahrain

Project Description

AIC successfully executed the removal and reinstatement of Rotary Coke Cooler #1 for ALBA in Bahrain. This technically demanding project required the safe dismantling of the existing coke cooler, followed by its transportation and restoration at a designated area within the ALBA facility. After the completion of these preliminary steps, the revamped cooler was carefully lifted, transported, skidded, and installed at its intended location.

To accommodate the reinstallation, our team performed essential site structural modifications on connected conveyors, chutes, and working platforms. The project also included the disconnection and reinstallation of power and control cables, along with the removal and reinstallation of instruments, junction boxes, and sensors associated with the existing system.

This project demonstrated AIC’s ability to handle heavy industrial equipment, execute precision installations, and perform complex electrical and instrumentation tasks—upholding our reputation for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.
