Project Description

AIC proudly delivered the Pearl Project for Armacell Middle East SPC, located at the Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP) in Hidd. This 15-month industrial venture showcased AIC’s capabilities in managing and executing complex construction projects with excellence and efficiency. From design to final delivery, AIC provided complete solutions under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) framework.

The project encompassed the development of key facilities essential to the operational infrastructure of Armacell’s plant. With a client-centric approach and a strong focus on quality, AIC ensured the successful handover of each component within the defined timeline and safety standards.

• Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of:

  • LPG Tank Farm

  • Utilities Building

  • EDD & Consumer HV Room

• Civil & Structural Works:

  • Including Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

• Electrical & Instrumentation Works

• MEP Systems:
